RESOLUTION NO. 4515
� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That certain Grant of Easement executed by
TREVOR DEVELOPMENT COMPANY
under date of 19• day of July 19 63 granting to the CITY OF AZUSA,a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the
Tight to perpetual easement and right of way for public purposes for the laying, con-
struction and maintenance of a highway or street and public utilities thereon and
therein, for the use as such by the general public, in, over, across and along the
following described real property situate in the CITY OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County
State of California to wit:
That portion of the northeast one-quarter of the Southwest one-quarter
of Section 36, Township 1 North, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Meridian,
described as follows: _
Beginning at a point in the northerly prolongation of'the westerly line
of Tract No. 23427 in said County of Los Angeles as per map recorded in
Book'614 Pages 44 and 45 of Maps on file in the office of the County
Recorder of said county, distant thereon N 00 03' 05" West, 1.00 foot
from the nogthwest corner of Lot 25 of said Tract No. 23427; thence con-
tinuing N 0 03' 05" West a distance of 50.00 feet; thence N 890 48' 04"
East parallel with the northerly line of said Tract No. 23427 a dis-
tance of 596.49 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to
the northwest having a radius of 25 feet; thence northeasterly and
northwesterly along said curve 39.23 feet to a point of cusp, s9id
point of cusp being in a line lying 40 feet westerly as measured at
right angles to the centerline of Ben Lomond Avenue as shown on the
Map of said Tract No. 23427; thence S 00 06' 10" East Parallel with
said centerline 74.96 feet to a point in a line lying 1.00 foot north-
erly as measured at right angles to the easterly prolongation of the
northerly line of Lot 4 of said Tract No. 23427; thence S 890 48' 04"
West, parallel with said northerly line of Tract No. 23427, a distance
of 621.43 feet to the point of beginning.
To be known as Hollyvale Street.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the
County Records of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 5th day of August 196_.
