RESOLUTION NO. 4648
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA ADOPTING BUDGER PROPOSAL
FOR EXPENDITURE OF
FUNDS ALLOCATED UNDER SECTION 2107.5 OF
THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed between the State of
California and the City of Azusa for the expenditure of the engineering allocation to
cities, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full and is
familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Azusa that
said budget proposal be and is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures
of the engineering allocation to cities, and said budget proposal be and the some is
hereby approved and the City Engineer is directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City, said budget proposal to be binding upon the City upon its approval by the
authorized officials of the State.
