A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF-AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by John R. McCruden, Dorothy
McCruden, Clifford C. Littlefield and Marjorle F. Littlefield
under date of 15th day of May 1963, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to -perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for Power purposes
in,, -on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the CAT
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
The Westerly 12 feet and the Southerly 12 feet of the Westerly 136 feet of that portion of Lot 88
of Subdivision No. 2 of Azusa Land and Water Company as per map recorded in Book 43, Page 94
of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the County Recorder as said portion of Lot 88 as shown
on a map of Tract No. 27346 recorded in Book 699, Page 22 and 23 of Map Records in the office
of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California and shown as "Not a part of this sub—
division" lying West of the Easterly line of Glennfinnan Avenue (Abandoned) on said map.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 20th day of April 19 64.
