A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF-AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by FRANK TORNATORE
under date of 18 day of March 19 64, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for public utilities
in,' -on, over, under, across and along the following escri areo property situate in the CITY.
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That portion of the southwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of Section 2, Township 1 South,
Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base Meridian, as recorded in the U. S. Government
District Land Office located in the County of Los Angeles, State of California,
described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest comer of the southeast 1/4 of Section 2;
thence N 890 45' 05" E along the southerly line of Section 2 a distance of
445.90 feet; thence N 00 13' 59" E 70.00 feet to the true point of beginning,
said true point of beginning also being on the northerly line of Arrow Highway,
100 feet wide as it existed on March 2, 1964; thence N 00 13' 59" E 340.01 feet;
thence N 890 45' 05" E 10.00 feet; thence S 00 13' 59" W 340.01 feet to the
northerly line of Arrow Highway; thence S 890 45' 05" W 10.00 feet to the
true point of beginning.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 6th day of April , 64 .
