Monday April 21,1919.
The Board of Trustees -of the City of Azusa met in
regular session at 7:30
Present at roll call;Trustees,Barnes,Robinson,Gos-
lin,Bierbower,Case,City Attorney and City Clerk.
Minutes of last regular meeting held April 7,1919
were read and approved.
An application was received from Knight & Burt for APPLICATION OF KNIGIC
permission to construct two driveways over the side- & BURT FOR PERMISSIIN
walk near the corner of Center Street and SanGabriel TO CONSTRUCT DRIVE',
Avenue,for the purpose of operating a service station.WAYS

It was moved by Barnes seconded by Bierbower that PUBLIC WORKS COMM -

with power to act. Motion carried.
It was moved by Barnes seconded by Goslin that the MATTM OF REPAIRING

It was moved by Bierbower seconded by Robinson that PROVISION MADE FOR
the City of Azusa furnish water for irrigation during THE SALE OF WATER,,.

per hour for all water furnished by the Azusa Agricul-;x-
tural Water Coon 150 shares of stock owned by the
City of Azusa,and that the City Clerk notify the diff-
erentciapplicants for water of this arrangement,and to
request them to sign applications for the water they
wish to purchase under this arrangement and that he
also notify the Azusa Agricultural Water Co. as to the
names of the applicants to whom they are to furnish
water and what number of shares of stock each applicant
is to have the use of,also that such water be furnished
only from month to month,and subject to right of cancel-
lation by the City,and that the City Attorney furnish
the necessary form of application to be signed by each
applicant,also that: the City Clerk be instructed toy -req-
uire a deposit of one dollar per share in advance such
deposit to be maintained at that rate by payment on or
before the 15th.of each month for water actually fused
during the preceeding month. No water to be furnished
under this arrangement outside the City of Azusa.
