RESOLUTION NO. 4758
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Azusa Unified School District
under date of 4th day of November 1964, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to -perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for roadway purposes
in,' -on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the C.17-7
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That portion of Lot 88 of Subdivision No. 2 Azusa Land and Water Co, as shown on map
recorded in Book 43, Page 94, Misc. Records, in the office of the County Recorder, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest comer of Lot 88; thence East along the southerly line
of said Lot 88 a distance of 315.00 feet to the true point of beginning (said point
also being the intersection of the Easterly line of Cerritos Avenue 80 feet wide and
the northerly line of Fifth Street, of varying width as they existed on June 8, 1964);
thence N 0° 00' 35" W along the Easterly line of Cerritos Avenue 248.00 feet; thence
southeast along a curve concave to the northeast, having a radius of 260.00 feet,
through a central angle of 37° 31' 04" for an arc distance of 170.25 feet; thence
S 370 31' 39" E 100.71 feet; thence Southeast along a curve concave to the North-
east, having a radius of 25.00 feet, through a central angle of 52° 28' 56" for an
arc distance of 22.90 feet; thence S 89° 59' 25" W along the Northerly line of
Fifth Street 134.94 feet to the true point of beginning.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 7th day of December , 1964 .
