RESOLUTION NO. 4718
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF_AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Korrglas Realty Corporation
under date of 27th day of July 1964, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right toperpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for roadway purposes
in. -on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the I _
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
A portion of Lots 1 and 2, in Block 38 of Azusa, in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as recorded in Book 15, Page 93 - 96 of Miscellaneous Records, in the
office of the County Recorder of said County more particularly described as follows:
Bounded northerly by the northerly line of Lots 1 and 2, and bounded easterly by the
easterly line of Lot 1, and bounded southwesterly by a curve concave to southwest and
having a radius of 25.00 feet, said curve being tangent at its northerly end to the northerly
line of Lots 1 and 2, and being tangent at its easterly end to the easterly line of Lot I
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the some to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
