A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF-AZUSA ACCEPTING
A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1 That certain Grant of Easement executed by Louis G. Memmesheimer and
Virginia M. Memmesheimer
under date of 24th day of July 1964, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal
Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to -perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes for utility purposes
in; -on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate int e -
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That portion of the property described as follows:
The east 80.00 feet of the west 135.00 feet of the north 150.00 feet of Lot 88 of
Subdivision 02 Azusa Land and Water Co., as per map recorded in Book 43, Page 94,
of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the County Recorder in the County of
Los Angeles, State of California.
The south 6.00 feet of the above described property.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2 The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 3rd day of August 1964 .
