HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 46740 A RESOLUTION AZUSA DENYING (Cokeley) 0 RESOLUTION NO. 4674 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The application of Don S. Cokeley for a variance for retail stores on property owned by applicant and located at the southwest corner of Cerritos Avenue and Big Dalton Wash, having been duly filed and heard by the Planning Commission after proper notice, the Planning Commission having denied the same, and the same having been appealed to and heard by the City Council after due notice, the City Council finds that the public welfare does not require that said application for a variance be granted and that sufficient grounds therefor have not been established. SECTION 2. Said application for a variance for retail stores on said property owned by applicant is hereby disapproved and denied. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and transmit a certified copy thereof to said applicant. Adopted and approved this 15th day of June, 1964.
