RESOLUTION NO. 4674
OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AN APPLICATION FOR A VARIANCE.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The application of Don S. Cokeley for a
variance for retail stores on property owned by applicant and located
at the southwest corner of Cerritos Avenue and Big Dalton Wash, having
been duly filed and heard by the Planning Commission after proper
notice, the Planning Commission having denied the same, and the
same having been appealed to and heard by the City Council after due
notice, the City Council finds that the public welfare does not
require that said application for a variance be granted and that
sufficient grounds therefor have not been established.

stores on said property owned by applicant is hereby disapproved and
denied.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and transmit a certified copy thereof to said applicant.
Adopted and approved this 15th day of June, 1964.
