The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusamet in
regular session at 7:30 P.M.
Peesent at roll call-Trustees;Barnes,Robinson,
Goslin,Bie.rbower,and President Case,City Attorney
and City Clerk,

OF AZUSA REPRALING RESOLUTION NO„545 OF SAID CITY
AND APPOINTING FREDERICK BAKER CITY ATi-;ORNEY OF
SAID CITY AND FIXING HIS COTAPENSATION-..
The Resolution was read.
On motion the Resolution was adopted as read.
Carried by the following vote;Ayes;Barnes,Rob
inson,Goslin,Bierbower,Case.Noes;None. Absent;None.
It was moved by Barnes seconded by Goslin trat the
matter of the proposed divansion of water from the
SanGabriel River be referred to the Public `;forks
Committee in conjunction with the City Attorney
with power to act and to file any protest against
such proposed diversion in the name of the City of
Azusa if deemed advisable after investigation.
Motion carried,
It was moved by Robinson seconded by Goslin that
the matter of cleaning the paved streets and the
employment of a man for the same be referred to
the Str_et Superintendent with power to act and
that he recommend to the Board at the next meeting
the best form of appliances to be used in this work
and the price of the same. Motion carried
