Gentlemen: - I hereby recommend that the City of Azusa make the additions, changes and alterations in the contract between said City and the B. R. Davisson Contracting Company for the improvement of Azusa Avenue and Centre Street set forth in the attached form of agreement providing for the same, and reeemmend the adoption by your honorable Board of the resolutions author. izing the same attached hereto. DAVISSON CONTRACTING 3 COMPANY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF AZUSA AVENUE AND CENTRE 4 STREET. 6 The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa do e resolve as follows: 7 That whereas the said City of Azusa entered into 8 a certain contract with the B. R. Also that 2 - 8 " culverts originally provided for in said plans shall be ohanged.to 14" culverts with wooden intakes at an additional cost of $35.00 per culvert, amounting to $70.00 Also that one culvert on the West side of the inter- section of Azusa Avenue and Centre Street shall be widened from 2 ft. 6 in. to 3 ft. at an additional cost of $28.80.
