The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusamet in regular
session at 7;15 P.M.
Present at roll call; Collins, Barnes, Case and Roach,
Absent; Clark,
The minutes of Sept 22, and 29th, were read and approved,
Trustee Clark now present.
Communiqatidn was read from V, Montgomery asking that the
Bill I3oard License be reduced.
The Clerk was instructed to notify,Mr Montgomery that the
Ordinance would not be changed.
Communication was read from The San Ggbrial Inter City
Commission enclosing South Pasadena's new speed ordinance.
Moved by Case, seconded tty Collins, that Azusa City Speed
Ordinance be referred to the City Attornef and the Ordinance
and .judiciary C&mmittee for reconetructihn.
Motion carried.
Mr W0 0vans came before the Board to know what was being
done about the street Planting Ordinances and also asking
about the new weed Ordinance.,
The Public Works Committee and the City Attorney were in-
structed to investigate the, weed ordinance.
T,R.Pettyjohn asked permission to remove some gum trees and
pepper trees, west of his house on San Gabrisl Avenue.,
Moved by Clark, seconded by Case that. Mr Pettyjohn be
allowed to remove the trees.
Motiq:n, carried,
J,H,Akard asked permission to remove the Gum tree north
of his house on Tenth street,
Moved by Collins, seconded by Case that the permission
be granted.
Motiop carried,
M.B.Jones, and Chas. Meier were before the Board in
regard to last months water bill.
Moved by Case ,seconded by Barnes, that $he matter be
referred to the Public. Works Committee with power to act,

`ID bills to parties renting water stock last year.
