The Board of 'Trustees of the City of Azusa do re- solve as follows; Section 1. That the public interest and convenience require and the Bpard of Trustees of the City of Azusa do hereby change and re-establish the grade of Tenth Street from the west line of Pasadena Avenue to the east line of Vernon Avenue and the grade of San Gabriel Ave- nue from the south line of Eleventh Street to the north line of Second Street in the City of Azusa, in accor- dance with the following elevations ,to -wit; At the conjunction of 'Tenth Street and Pasadena Avenue, the grade shall be; 626.0 at the northwest corner, 625.0 at the southwest corner. At the intersection of Tenth Street and Soldano Avenue, the•, grade shall; 627.97 at the northeast corner, 626.86 at the southeast corner, 628.74 at the northwegt corner, 627.37 at the southwest corner. At the intersection of Tenth Street and Dalton Ave- nue, the grade shall be, 630.40 at the northeast corner, 629.20 at the southeast corner, 631.00 at the northwest corner, 630.00 at the southwest corner. At the intersection of Tenth Street and Alameda Ave- nue the grade shall be; 632.97 at the northeast corner, 631.97 at the southeast corner, 633.63 at the northwest corner, 63?..63 at the southwest corner. 0 41 At the intersection of Tenth Street and Azusa Avenue the grade shall be, 635.60 at the northeast corner, 634.60 at the southeast corner, 635.80 at the northwest corner, 634.80 at the southwest corner. At the intersection of Tenth Street and San Gabriel Avenue, the grade shall be; 637.40 at the northeast corner, 636.50 at the southeast corner, 637.40 at the northwest corner, 6:56.50 at the southwest corner. At the intersection of Tenth Street and Angeleno AUenue, the grade shall be; G36.85 at the northeast corner, G35.85 at the southeast corner, 63G.G5 at the northwest corner, 035.65 at the southwest corner. At the intersection of Tenth Street and Sunset Avenue, the grade shall be; 635.90 at the northeast corner, 634.90 at the southeast corner, , 635.70 at the northwest corner, 634.70 at the southLgest corner, At the intersection of Tenth Street and Orange Avenue, the grade shall be; 634.95 at the northeast corner, 633.95 at the southeast corner, 634.75 at the northwest corner, 633.75 at the northwest corner. At the intersection of Tenth Street and };nid Avenue, the grade shall be; 634.00 at the northeast turner, 633.00 at the, southeast corner, 633.85 at the northwest corner, 632.85 at the southwest corner. At the intersection of Tenth Street and McKeever Avenue, the grade shall be; 633.10 at the northeast corner. At the conjunction of Tenth Street and Vernon Ave nue, the grade shall be; 63q.20 at the northeast corner. 631.20 at the southeast corner. That between these points the grades shall conform to straight lines jpining th6se pointe on the same side of the street. The grades given are in feet above the City Datum Plane and are on the property lines of the Street. The profile of Tenth Street designated and marked "Profile 110.3311, on file in the offiude of the City Engineer of the City of Azusa, which more particularly exhibits the grades herein described, is hereby declared to be the official profile and to' exhibit the established grades of Tenth Street. Section 2. That the public interest and convenience require and the Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa, do hereby change and re-establish the grade of Sari Gabriel Avenue from the south line of Eleventh Street to the north line of Second Street, in accord- ance with the following elevations,to-wit; At the conjunction of Sari Gabriel Avenue and H�sventh Street,the grade shall be; G47.50 at the southeast corner, 647.50 at the southwest corner, At the intersection of San Gabriel Avenue and Tenth Street, the grade shall be; 637.40 at the northeast corner, 637.40 at the northwest corner, 636.50 at the southeast corner, 636.bU at the southwest corner. At the intersection of San Gabriel Avenue and Ninth Street, the grade shall be; 626.90 at the northeast corner, 626.90 at the northwest corner, 626.00 at the southeast corner, 626.UU at the southwest corner. 0 0 43 At a point on toe easterly line of Shn Gabriel Avenue distant thereon 566.33 feet southerly from the•southeaet corner of San Gabriel Avenue and Ninth Street, the grade shall be; 617.20. At a point on the westerly line of San gabriel Avenue distant thereon GQ3.55 feet southerly from thr southwest corner of San Gabriel Avenue and NiAth Street, the grade shall be; 616.60. At a point on the easterly line of San Gabriel Avenue distant thereon 394.90 feet northerly from.the northeast corner of San GaIlriel Avenue and Centre Streot, the grade shall be; 613.00 At a point on the westerly line of San Gabriel Avenue distant thereon 377.68 feet northerly from the northwest corner of San Gabriel Avenue and Centre Street, the gre)de shall be; 812.50. At the intersection of Sap Gabriel Avenue and Centre Street the grade shall be; 606.37 at the northeast corner, 606.50 at the northwest corner, 604.60 at the southeast corner, 604.40 at the southwest corner. At the intersection of San Gabriel Avenue and Sixth Street,the grade shall be; 595.60 at the northeast corner, 595.60 at the northwest corner, 594.80 at the southeast corner, 594.60 at the southwest corner. At the intersection of San Gabriel Avenue and Fifth Street, the grade shall be; 585.40 at the northeast corner, 585.40 at the northwest corner, 584.60 at the southeast corner, 584.60 at the southwest corner, At the intersection of San Gabriel Avenue and Fourth 44 0 0 575.40 at the northeast corner, 575.80 at the northwest corner, 574.40 at the southeast corner, 574.80 at the southwest corner. At the intersection of San Gabriel Avenue and Third Street, the grade shall be; 565.50 at the northeast corner, 56@.70 at the northwest corner, 564.80 at the southeast corner, 565.00 at the southwest corner. At the conjunction of Saun Gabriel Avenue and Second Street, the grade shall be; 557.30 at the northeast corner, 557.60 at the northwest corner. That between these points the grades shall con- form to straight linea joining those points on the same side of the street. The grades given above are in feet above the City Datum Plane and are on the property lines of the Street. The profiles of San Gabriel Avenue designated and marked "Profile NO.511, and "Profile N0.22e1, on file in the office of the City ruigineer of the City of Azusa, which more particularly exhibits the grades herein described, are hereby declared to bb the official profiles and to exhibit the established grades,on San Gabriel Avenue. Section 3. The proceedings for the aforesaid change of grade is hereby taken under the"Ohange of Grade Act of 1909". Section 4. T$e City Clerk shall certify,to the passage of this Resolution and shall cause the same to be published by one insertion in the Pomotropic,.a weekly newspaper published and circaelated in the City of Azusa and then and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect. , Passed and approved this 13th day of October,1914.
