RESOLUTION OF THZ'BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA.
PRQVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN WATER'k0CK BBLONGING'TO THE
SAID CITY OF AZUSA.
The Board of -Trustees of the City of Azuea do resolve as fol-
lows;
Section I,, Whereas, the City of Azusa is the owner of and
holds Three Rundred.Twenty (320) shares of•itoCk in the Azusa
Agricultural Water Company, and'
Whereas, It -ib deemed to be. -for the Public Good and for the
interests of the City at Azusa,to be representbd.oh the Board of
Directors of the`said Azusa Agricultural Water'Compauy;
Therefore, it Is hereby resolved'.that Five shares'of•the•eaid
stock belongiag.to the City of Azusa as aforesaid, be transferred
on the books Of the said Azusa Agricultural Water Company to
F. L. Clark, a Member -of the Board of Trustees, of the Eity-of Azui
to,qualify paid n L,,Clark, to become_a member of the Board of
Directors of said Azusa Agricultural hater Company, said stock oo
transferred to be held in trust for•the City of Azusa, by the
said F. L. Clark, fop the. purpose heretofore diet -forth.
Section 2. 'The President of the Board of Trustees of the
City of Azusa, and the City Clerk are hereby.authorizsd and instr
ed to take the. necessaryaction to make the transfer of five (5)
shares of -the stock heretofore referred to.
Section 5, The said F. L. Clark, is hereby $uthoriaed and
Instructed to vote the remaining Three hundred•Fiftecn(315) shares
of stock in said Azusa Agricultural -Water Company, at the annual
'meeting of lamed or at any -other stockholders meeting to
be held by eaid.Comppsy until said power shall'have been revoked
by Resolution -of the Board of Trustees of the said City of - Azusa.
The City Clerk'will certify to the paseage,of thie'Resolution .
and thereupon the same will be in full force and effect.
