Present at roll call-Trustees,Barnes,Goslin,Bierbovier and President Case,City Attorney and City Clerk, Absent -Trustee Robinson. The Minutes of the last regular meeting held April . 5,1920 was read and approved as read. ".: ' The City Clerk stated that the returns of the General Municipal Election held in the City of Azusa on ' the 12th.day of Apri1,1920,had been returned to him and were now in the Council chamber. Trustee Barnes moved,seconded by Trustee Bier - bower that the Board of Trustees do now proceed to canvass the returns of said General Municipal Election and that all the members of the Board of Trustees present act as tellers. Carried. Mr.L.Case was nominated. On Motion duly carried the nominations were closed. It was regularly moved and carried that the City Clerk cast the vote of the Board for W .Case. 0 The Clerk cast the vote for Mr Case and declared him elected. An application for a permit to operate a carnival was received from the 'Golden West Amusement Company and was referred to Trustees Barnes and Bierbower with power to act.
