The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met
in regular session at 7:30 P.M.
Present at roll call; Trustees -Barnes $MoonsGoslin,
Bierbower and President Case,City Clerk and City
Attorney. Absent -,None,
It was moved that the invitation of the City of
Monrovia to assist them.in their Annual Celebra-
tion on May 15th.by placing a decorated automobile
in the parade be accepted and that an automobile
'be decorated for that purpose.
Carried by the following vote;Ayes,Trustecs,Barnes,
Moon,GoslinoBierbovier,Case.Noes;None.Absent;None.
It was moved that Orders Nuwbered 151 and 161 of
the Owl Fumigating Corporation for Material for
the water line be approved and confirmed and that t
the City Clerk be instructed to notify the said
Corporation of succi action.
Carried by the following vote;Ayes;Barnes,Moon,
itoslin,Bierbower,Case.Noes;None.Absenone.

It was moved and carried that the action or tine
Board at its meeting on April 27th.purporting to
close sidewalk and parkway on the east Bide'of
Dalton Ave.from Centre street south 200 feet for
use of the Chautauqua Co. be recinded and vacated
and that in lieu thereof said Chautauqua Company
be granted permission to use the same temporarily
from May 4th.to 11th inclusive upon condition that
said Company maintain red lanterns at all times
from sunset to sunrise and that said Company
assume all risk of accident or damages by reason
of such use;
It was moved and carried that the Ordinance entitled;
