A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA,
ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM GENERAL ORANGE
PRODUCTS COMPANY, AND ORDERING SAPZ TO BE
RECORDED.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
WHEREAS a written easement deed dated March 1, 1947
has been executed by C. J. Fishback and George W. Meier of the
General Orange Products Company, a limited partnership, to and in
favor of and delivered unto the City of Azusa, a municipal cor-
poration and body politic, granting unto said city an easement of
right of way to construct, erect, install, maintain, operate,
repair and renew poles, wires and appurtenances for the trans-
mission of electrical energy with the right of ingress and egress
to and from the same; in, over, under, above and along the follow-
ing described propery:.
The Westerly Five (5) feet of Lots one (1) to
Eighteen(l$, both inclusive, and Lots Thirty-
eight (38) to Fifty-six(56), both inclusive,
and the Easterly Five (5) feet of Lots Nine-
teen (19) to Twenty-seven (27), both inclusive;
Lots Thirty-two (32) to Thirty-seven (37), both
inclusive, and Lots Eighty-two (62) to Eighty-
five (85), both inclusive, of Tract No. 14069
in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles,
State, of California, as per Map recorded in Book
289, Pages 7 and 8 of Maps in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the aforesaid easement deed
to the City of Azusa be and the same is hereby accepted, ratified
and confirmed by the City of Azusa.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said easement deed be and the
same is hereby authorized and directed by said City of Amusa and the
City Council thereof, its legislative body, to be recorded in the
office of County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the officers of the City of
Azusa be and the same are hereby authorized and directed to do all
things 'requisite and proper in order to carry out the terms of said
easement deed and of this Resolution.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City shall
sign this Resolution and that the City Clerk shall attest same and
certify to the passage and adoption thereof.
