CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING RELEASE OF MORTGAGE, AND AUTHORIZING
THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
The.City Council of the City of Azusa does, resolve as.follows:
:SECTION l: That the Release pf Mortgage releasing to the City
of Azusa that certain real.property as described therein, and ,as
hereinafter.described,.be-and'the•,same is hereby accepted.• That said.,
document and the. property ,involved is.more particularly described
as.follows: .
Release of Mortgage dated November 12th, 1947, executed by
the.County of Los Angeles, releasing that certain mortgage bearing
date of.the 20th day of July, 1928, executed by Harry H. Walton,
.single,'.Mortgager, to the County of Los Angeles, Mortgagee,• and
recorded on the 3rd day of October, 1938, in Book 16111, Page 76,
Official Records of Los Angeles County, covering:,
Lot 1;Block 59, Azusa, in the City of Azusa, as per. .
map recorded in Book 15, Pages 93 to 96 of Miscellaneous
.records, in.the office of the Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.
SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to attach to said document above mentioned a certified copy of this
resolution and said Cifty Clerk is hereby further.authorized and
Instructed to cause said documents, together with said attached
certified.copy of this resolution to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.
