RESOLUTION DF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF .Aa7SP.,
CkLIFORNII:, LCCEPTING BID, QUITCL :I?H DEED ONLY,
TO CITY OWNED RLCL PROPERTY .
THLT WHERE'
the City of .:zusa is desirous of selling certain
parcels of real property heretofore acquired by the City by virtue
of tax deeds, in order that the said .properties be restored to the
tax rolls, and ' `
%,HEREI:S, the City's notice of intention to sell said properties,
designated as "Notice No. One of Intention to Sell City of Azusa
Owned Real Property and Inviting Bids or Offcrs Therefor:", has
heretofore been duly published, and
WHERE'S, L. M. RAMOS
did heretofore, pursuant to said published notice of intention to
sell, file his written bid with the City Clerk of the City of Azusa
to purchase; by quitclaim deed and on.a cash basis, the real prop-
erty hereinafter described, which bid was by the City Council at its
meeting held on the 7th day; of January , 19.46 public-
ly opened.and declared
WHERE":S, said offer to purchase being made upon the following
terms and conditions:
Cash within 30 days
AND WHERE.S, it is the opinion of this Council .that it would
be to the best interest of the City of i.zusa to accept said bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, i.S FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the offer of L. M. Ramos
to purchase from City of ;:zusa, upon the terms and con-
ditions as set out in said offer and as above set forth, that
certain real property situated within the City and described as
follows:
Lot 29, Block 22, Azusa Tract
Lot 31, Block 22, Azusa Tract
be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2: That the Mayor and City Clcrk arc hereby authorized
and instructed to execute, attest, seal and deliver to said
purchaser a quitclaim deed of said parcels of real property.
