Present at roll call -Trustees Moon,Goslin and Pres- ident Case,City Attorney and City Clerk. Absent-Trustees,Barnes and Bierbower; Communications were read from the Secretary of the League of California MuniApalities,the City Clerk of ChiA,California relatiTe to the coming session 'of the League to be held at Chico,Nevember 8-11,1920, and from the Mayor of Santa Monica asking the support of this City in securing the 1921 session of the League for Santa Monica and the same dere ordered placed on file'; 201 COMMUNIICATIONS FROM WM.J;.LOCKE,SECRETARY LEAGUE OF CALIF.MUHI CIPALITIEB, CITY CLERK,CHICO., MAYOR,SANTA MONICA. It was moved that the City Engineer be instructed MATTER OF WATER SER - to make an estimate of the cost of furnishing domes- VICE TO E-.F.MORGAN* tic wateer service from the City main to the property of E.F.Morgan located on the south-east corner of 1 Broadway and Azusa Avenue and also make a recommendation as to a fair extra charge to cover such service outside of City limits and report at the next meeting; Carried by the following vote-Ayes;Moon,Goslln;Case. Noes -None. Absent-Barnes,Bierbower, It was moved that the City Engineer be instructed to furnish the grades of Pasadena Avenue between Ninth and Tenth streets in front of Lots 44 and 46, and Lots 22-23.241, in Block 33. Absent;Barnes�Berbower'; It was moved that the Board hereby appoints Trustees Case,Bierbower and Goslin and City Clerk Durrell as Delegates to the League of California MunicipAlities 'Convention to be held at Chieo,California November 8-11,1920 inclusive and that they be and are hereby allowed the sum of 680.00 each out of the Music And Promotion fund to cover expenses of transportation and hotel bills in making such trip and that the City Clerk furnish the necessary credentials under the City seal: Carried by the following vote;- Ayes-ldoon,Goslin,Case. Noes;None. Absent;Barnes, Bierbower, It was moved and carried that the Board be appointed a Committee of the Whole,and that the Chamber of Commerce be requested to appoint a committee to act innconjunction with said committee to interview the Southern Counties Gas Company about the poor gas ser- vice furnished the City of Azusa and its citizens by said Company. Trustee Goslin.offered the following Resolution; A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA,BEING RESOLUTION NO.6219PROVIDING FOR THE, TRANSFER OF $800.00 FROM THE WATER FUND TO THE GEN- ERAL FU1TA.. The Resolution was read; 'On motion the Resolution was adopted as redd. Carried by the following vote'. Ayes;Moon,Goslln,Case, Noes;None, Absent;Barnes, Bierbower; It was moved the Superintendent of Light and Water be atthorized to have a new top put on the City auto.
