RESOLUTION NO. 2225
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA ADOPTING ANNUAL BUDGET SET FORTH IN PROJECT
STATEMENT TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC
WORKS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE EXPENDITURE
OF GAS TAX REVENUE ON CITY STREETS WITHIN THE CITY
OF AZUSA FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1949.

The City Council of the City of Azusa does hereby
resolve as follows:
That Project Statement No. 20, dated June 18, 1948,
showing the estimated expenditure of gas tax revenue allocated
under the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways
Code for expenditure upon City Streets within the City of Azusa
and to be submitted to the Director of Public Works of the State
of California for approval, is hereby approved and adopted as the
budget for the expenditure of said gas tax upon City Streets
within the City of Azusa for the fiscal year ending June 30,
1949.
That Paul E. Kressly, City Engineer, and M. A. Hynes,
City Clerk, respectively of the said City of Azusa are hereby
authorized and directed to sign said Project Statement for and
on behalf of the City of Azusa.
Approved and adopted this 21 day of June, 1948.

I, M. A. Hynes, City Clerk of the City of Azusa, do here-
by certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 2225 was duly and
regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa, signed
by the Mayor of said City, and attested by the City Clerk of said
City, all at a regular meting thereof held on the 21 day of
June, 1948, and that the same was passed by the following vote,
to -wit:
