Present at roll call,Trustees Barnes,Moon,Goslin, Bierbower and President Case,City Attorney and City Clerk, Absent;None. The M6nutes of regular meetings held November 15th. and 22nd.were read and on motion were approved as read. It was moved that the Map of Tract 3889 submitted MAP OF TRACT 3889 by the County Surveyor for approval be submitted SUBMITTED TO CITY to the City Engineer to report as soon as possible. ENGINEER FOR REPORT. Carried Trustee Bierbower offered the following Resolutions; RESOLUTIONS 634 AND 635 ADOPTED A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA,BEING RESOLUTION NO.6349PROVIRING FOR THE TRAN- SFER OF 0150.FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE LIGHT FUND. A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA,BEING RESOLUTION NO.6351PROVIDING FOR THE TRAN- SFER OF 6150.FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO THE WATER FUND. The Resolutions were read. On motion the Resolutions were adopted as read. Mr C.C.Warren was, before the Board relative to con- tinued work on Sierra Madre Avenue and on motion the matter was referred to the Committee of the whole to investigate on Wednesday afternoon,December 8th. at 3:30 P.M. and report at the next meeting. Trustee Goslin offered a Resolution entitled." A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF AZUSA TO ADVERTISE FOR SALE CERTAIN MUNICIPAL BONDS OF SAID CITY." Said Resolution was then read and on motion said Resolution being Resolution No.636,was adopted by the following vote; Ayes -Trustees Barnes,Moon,Goslin,Bierbower,0ase. Noes -None, Absent;None. The City Engineer recommended that the map of Tract 3889 be approved. Trustee Goslin offered a Resolution entitled." A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ADOPTING A MAP OF TRACT N0.3889." The Resolution was read. On motion the Resolution,being Resolution No.637, gas adopted as read. dopted by the following vote: yes -Trustees Barnes,Moon,Goslin,Bierbower,Case. Noes;None, Absent;None. MATTER OF FURTHER WORK ON SIERRA MADRE AVE REFERRED TO COM11ITTEE OF THE WHOLE. RESOLUTION NOr 636 ADOPTED. RESOLUTION NO.637 ADOPTED. MINUTES OF MONDAY, DECEMBER 6TH,1920,CONTINUED. It was moved that the Superintendent of Light and Water be authorized to purchase the following sup- plies; 10 water meters 15 concrete meter boxes 100 No.20 plug fuses 100 No.30 " " 25 service cocks 3/4 inch. 1 2 inch cock.
