GENERAL BRELVING CORPORATION, the original of which is on file with the City Clerk of the City of Azusa..'be and the same is hereby approved; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of Azusa be and he is hereby authroized to sign the said contract for and on behalf•of the City and the City Clerk is hereby.directed to attest the same. When so signed and attested and signed by all parties hereto, a copy of said contract is to be'delirered to said GENERAL BREWING CORPORATION. Itis further agreed that when such water main and appurtenances have been completed it shall there- after be the sole property of the City of Azusa and maintained and operated by it and at its own cost and expense.
