A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES,_STATE OF.CAL LFORNIa;:
GRANTING A ZONE VARIANCE FRO?4,9-1: to C-l`FOR.THE.
PURPOSE OF ERECTING A FRUIT AND VEGETABLE STAND
AND TO SELL FRUITS AND VEGETABLES THEREIN.UPON
A PORTION OF Lots 8 and 16, Block C, Subdivision
1 of Azusa Land and Water Company Tract, in the
City of Azusa.
The City Council,of the City of Azusa does hereby resolve
as follows:
Section 1.. An application having been filed for the
granting of a variance under.the provisions of Article XIX, 19.1
to 19.10, inclusive, of Zoning Ordinance, for a variance changing
the zoning from R-1 to 0-1 for the purpose of erecting and operati
a fruit and Vegetable stand.
Section 2, Proceedings have been taken pursuant to the
provision's of Ordinance No. 409. '
j Section 3. The Planning Commission of the City of Azusa
'has recommended that a variance be granted to use said property
afar the purposes ser, forth in C-2 of Ordinance No.. 409 and to
erect and operate a fruit and vegetable stand on.said property.
Section 4. The matter having been presented and heard by
the City Council of the City of Azusa and it appearing that the
provisions of Ordinance No. 409 have been complied with in all
respects, and the City Council having reviewed the report and
recommendation.
Section 5. It is resolved that a variance be granted to
Midori S. Ginoza and Sumire S. Ajioka to erect a fruit and vegetable
stand on said property and to conduct thereon a fruit and vegetable
usiness limited to the sale of products produced'on land owned
y them, which land_.is described as follows:
Lots 8 and 16, Block C, Subdivision No. 1 of Azusa
Land and WaterCompany Tract,, in the City of Azusa,
County of Los . State of.California, as per
Map recorded Angeles,in`$ook_.16, page 17 of Miscellaneous
Records of the County.Recorder of said county.

1 That said variance is granted.to the owners of said property. only
2 andis personal to them and shal]: be void and of no longer effect
3 Iin the event.said property ever; .changes hands•or is sold. The
4 property for which a variance is granted is known anddescribed as ++
5..a portion of the above described.property and effects only a 100.
6 foot frontage with a depth of 50 •feet, to be located starting 50
7 feet North of the North property line of Broadway Avenue, and
8 extending thereon for a length of 100 feet in width and 50 feet
9 in depth.
10 Section 6.
Be it further resolved that the Mayor shall
llsign this Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest the same and
12 !certify to the passage and adoption thereof.
