Present at roll call -Trustees Peiree,Moon,Goslin, Bierbower and President Case, City Att'y and City Clerk. Absent -,cone. A req est w received from property owners on North Azusa Avenue for permission. to place a fence upon City property,but no action was:.taken. On motion duly carried a permit was granted Mr S. Dupray to graze sheep on the City acerage on the same terms asvlast year. 237, Request permission to move fence. MR S.DUPRAY GRANTED PERMIT TO GRAZE S. EP On motionnduly carried Mr Clyde Garrison was granted CLYDE GARRISON GRANTED permission to remove the pepper trees along his prop- PERMISSION TO REMOVE erty at the corner of Fourth and Azusa Avenue. Library Board and on motion the appointments were DINGMAN TO LIBRARY approved. BOARD. Tunstee Goslin presented the following Resolution; RESOLUTION NO.641 REL - A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CI'TY ATIVE TO SUIT FOR REF - OF AZUSA,AUTHORIZING AND EMPOWERING FREDERICK BAKER UND OF M.V.A.FINES CITY ATTORNEY OF SAID CITY,TO 'ITER IP:TO A STIPULAQ ADOPTED.
