The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in
regu&ar session at 7 o'clock P.M.
Present at roll call- Trustees Peirce,Moon,Goslin,
and•President Case,City Attorney and City Clerk.
The minutes of last regular meeting held February
21 were read and approved as read.
The application of Henry Frati for a Pool and Billiard POOL AND BILLIARD

The request of the Agricultural Water Co. for a AZUSA AGRICULTURAL
permit to construct and maintain a twelve inch pipe WATY-CO.GRANTED PER -
line from a point approximately midway between Ninth MIT TO LAY PIPE LINE
and Tenth Streets on Angelino Avenue in a northerly ON ANGELINO AVE._.

It was -moved that the last Installment of taxes of
Lots 36-37 and 38 in Block 36 for the year 1920 be TAX ON LOTS 36-37 & 38
cancelled by the City'Clerk,an affidavit having been . Block 36 CANCELLED,
filed showing that this property was used exclusi-
vely for religeous purposes during that year,

It was moved that the City Clerk be authorized to CLERK AUTHORIZED TO
purchase a list of.the automobile owners of the PURCHASE LIST OF AUTO.

On motion an Ordinance entitled -"AN ORDINANCE EST-
ABLISHING THE GRADE OF A PORTION OF SUNSET AVENUE
IN THE CITY OF AZUSA,CALIFORNIA" ,was taken up for
its second readin8.
The Ordinance was read. ORDINANCE NO.206
On motion the Ordinance was declared read for the ADOPTED.

City Attorney Baker turned over a check for $437, REFUND OF MOTOR VEHICLE
being the amount received from the County of Los- FINES RECEIVED,
Angeles for motor Vehicle fines as per judgement
in case No.Bv89802,
Trustee Goslin offered the following Resolution, RESOLUTION N0.649 ADCPa
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY TED,
OF AZUSA,CALIFORNIA,PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF
$450.00 FROM THE LIGHT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND.
The Resolution was read,

with the Southern Califo mis Edison Company for the TERMINATED.

their orders.
