CITY HALL,AZUSA,CALIFORNIA,MONDAY,APRIL 4th.1921,1 P,M,
The Board ofTrustees of the City of Azusa met in 1,.2 e
regular session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call -Trustees Pelree.Moon,Goslin,
and President Case,City Attorney and City Clerk.
Absent -Trustee Bierbower,
The minutes of the last regular meeting held March
21st,and the regular adjourned meetings held March
28th.at 2:30 P.M.and 7:30 P.M.were read and on motion
were approved as read,

The request of Mrs Eleanor A.Warren for permission to PERMIT GRANTED MRS
remove two pepper trees from in front of her residence WARREN TO REMOVE
at 627 Sunset Avenue was granted. PEPPER TREES.
It was moved that Miss Irene B.Baxnes Collector of
Revenue be authorized to purchase the following sups
plied;
3000 light bills: IRENE BARNES AUTHORIZE
5000 water bills. TO PURCHASE SUPPLIES.
500 water cards.
500 sheets paper.
Carried by the following vote;Ayes-Pelrce,Moon,Goslin,
Case. Noes;None. Absent;Bierbower.
It was moved that E.L.Fisher be authorized to purchase
the following supplies; E.L.FISBE$ AUTHORIZED
100 60 Watt 120 Volt Lamps. TO PURCHASE SHEPLIES.
