Present at roll call -Trustees Pelrce,Moon,Goslin, and President Case. City Attorney and City Clerk. The minutes of the last regular meeting held April 4th,and the Special session held April 8th.were read and approved as read. 'A communication was received from Frick.Martin and Company stating that the Street Work Bonds have been approved by their Attorneys and asking that they be notified when they are ready for delivery. City Attorney Baker reported that the bonds are being REPORT ON PRINTING OF printed and will be ready for delivery to the City BONDS, Treasurer Tuesday April 19th,at 4 o'clook P.M, A communication was received from the Board of Trustees of the City of Redding relative to Assembly Bill No 1285. On motion the City Clerk was instructed to write PROTEST AGAINST letters to the Senator and Assemblyman from this ASSEMBLY BILL 1285 district protesting against Assembly Bill No.1285 and asking them to oppose the same. A communication was received from "The Monrovia Day Association",relative to Monrovia Day. It was moved that the City Engineer be and he is . hereby instructed to prepare complete plans and specifications in conjunction with Mr C.L.Millo of San Marino necessary to calling for bids for street work on the Public streets of the City of Azusa,such work .to be paid for out of the Street Work Bond Fund and proceeds of the sale of the 080,000.00 Street Work Bond issue,and submit such plans and specifications to the Board as early as possible and that the City Attorney be directed to give such assistance as may be necessary to put the same in legal form.
