HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 2318RESOLUTION NO. 2318 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF GAS TAX ALLOCATION FOR MAJOR CITY STREETS. WHEREAS', the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, has presented a memorandum of agreement in accordance with a project statement submitted by the City of Azusa for expenditure of gas tax allocation to cities for the fiscal year 1950, and WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in full and is familiar with the contents thereof, and desires to approve the same; THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Azusa that said agreement for expenditure of the gas tax allocation to cities be and the same is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City. ADOPTED this 18th day of July , 1949.
