2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA,
3 AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM THE LIGHT
DEPARTMENT TO THE WATER DEPARTMENT.

The City Council of the City of Azusa does hereby resolve
5
as follows.

Section 1. It. is resolved that the City Clerk and the City
7
Treasurer be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to cause
8
to be transferred from the light department to the water department
9
f said City of Azusa, the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
10
($150,000.00-.

Section 2. Be it further resolved that the Mayor shall sign
12
his resolution and the City Clerk shall attest the same and
13
.ertify as to the passage and adoption hereof.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council
of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting of said
Council of said City held in the regular council
chambers of said City Council in said City March 19 ,
1951, and that the same was passed by the following vote
of the Council:
