RESOLUTION NO. 2572
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCTT OF 'PRE CITY
OF AZUSA, COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, S'lxiu OF CALL
FORNIA, GRANTING A VARIANCE TO PAUL AND ELLA
DOHNEL ON LOT 24, TRACT 13963, TO DIVIDE SAID
PROPERTY INTO THREE SEPARATE SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING
SITES.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does hereby resolve
as follows:
Section 1. An application having been filed for the
granting of a variance under the provisions of Article XIX,
19.1 to 19.10, inclusive, of the Zoning Ordinance to change
the zoning from R-1 to allow division of said property into
three separate public building sites for single family dwellings
on property known as Lot 24, Tract 13963.
Section 2. Proceedings having been taken pursuant to the
provisions of Ordinance No. 409 of the City of Azusa.
Section 3. The Planning Commission of the City of Azusa
having recommended that said variance be granted,
Section 4. It is resolved that a variance ue granted
to allow Lot 24, Tract 13963, to be divided into three building
sites to erect thereon single family dwellings, each to con-
tinue as R-1 zone, two of which shall have dimensions of not
less than 52x 108 fronting on Angelino St., and the other to
be 52 x 104 fronting on 1st St.
Section 5. It is further resolved that the Mayor shall
sign this resolution and the City Clerk shall attest the same
and certify as to the passage and adoption hereof.
