ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF'
4 CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT'OF PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION
OF HIGHWAYS FOR A PRE -,TIMED TRAFFIC CONTROL
5 SYSTEM AT THE INTERSECTION OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD
WITH VIRGINIA, ORANGE AND PASADENA: AVENUES IN
6 THE CITY OF AZUSA.

10 Section 1. Whereas, an':,ageeement ha's,been presented to
11 the City of Azusa by the State of -California D.ep'artmert- of. Public
m'12 Works Division of Highways and the City,Council feels that it

25 Section 3, The.Mayor shall,sign this resolution and the City
26 lerk'shall attest the same acid certify as to the passage and
