2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY,
3 CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT
FROM AZUSA PROPERTIES, INC., A CORPORAT-
4 ION, TO THE CITY OF AZUSA AND AUTHORIZING
THE RECORDING THEREOF.

7 The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:

SECTION 1: That that certain Grant of Easement to the
9 City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, California dated November
,27th ,1 1953, signed by Azusa Properties, Inc., a corporation, by
10 Nathan S. Krems, President, grantor, be and the same is hereby
accepted.

That in said Deed the property is more particularly described
12 as follows:
13 Those portions of Lot $6, Map of Subdivision No. 2,
Azusa Land & Cater Co;, as per map recorded in Book 43,
14 page 94, of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
15 California, described as follows:
PARCEL I A strip of land 12 feet in width ly,ing•6'feet
16 on each side of the following described center line:
17 Commencing at a point in the southerly line of said Lot
86, distant thereon 507 feet easterly from the south -
18 westerly corner of said Lot 85; thence northerly,
parallel with the westerly line of said Lot 86, 582 feet
19 to the true point of beginning; thence westerly, parallei
with said southerly line of Lot 86, 264 feet; thence
20 westerly, in a direct line, to a point in the westerly
line of said Lot 86, distant thereon 13 feet southerly
21 from the southeasterly corner of Lot 6 Block 84, Map
of Azusa, as per map recorded in Book 15, pages 93 to 96
22 inclusive, Miscellaneous Records of said County; the side
lines of said strip being lengthened or shortened to
23 terminate on the westerly line of said Lot 86.
24 PARCEL 2 Commencing at the true point of beginning of
said Parcel 1 --thence westerly along said center line of
25 said Parcel 1, 18.5 feet; thence southerly, at right
angles to said center line, 6•feet to a point on the
26 southerly. line of said Parcel 1, said point being the
true point -of` beginning of this description; thence,
27 continuing southerly at right angle's to said center
lane, -3 feet; thence westerly, parallel with said center
28 line, 6 feet; thence northerly, along aline which is
perpendicular -to said center line, 3 feet to said southerly
29 line of Parcel 1; thence easterly thereon 6 feet to the
true point of beginning of this description.

SECTION 2: That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
31 directed to attach to said Deed above mentioned, a certified copy
of this Resolution and said O ty'Clerk is hereby authorized and

construct, use, maintain, alter, add to, repair, replace and/or remove, in, on, and over the real prop-
