The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in regular
session at the above time and place.
Present at roll -call: Trustees Peirce, Moon, and Meir,
City Attorney and Deputy City Clerk.
Trustee Peirce was chosen temporary chairman.
A communication from Mr. Goodwin was read.
Trustee Peirce presented t)e following resolution:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF RESOLUTION NO.
AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF $500.00 65C ADOPTED.
FROM THE LIGHT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND.
The resolution was read.
On motion the resolution wqs adopted as read.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes -Peirce, Moon, and
Meir; Noes -None; Absent -Case and Bierbower.
