The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met
in special session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call: Trustees Peirce, Moon,
and President Case.
Absent: Meir and Bierbower.
The following notice of special meeting was
read:
I hereby call a special meeting of the Board
of Trustees of the City of Azusa, California,
to be held in the Council Chamber on the 26th
day of August at 12 o'clock M. of said day.
The purpose of this meeting is for declaring
the position of Truck Driver vacant and tak-
ing such action regarding the operating of the
truck as may be found most desirable.

I, the undersigned special officer, hereby
certify that I served a true copy of the above
notice at Azusa on the following named Trustees

It was moved that the employment of Hugh
Morgan under the motion passed June 6, 1921,
be terminated.
Carried by the following vote:
Ayes --Peirce, Moon and Case,
Noes --None,
Absent --Meir and Bierbower.
It was moved that Hobart Johnson be employed
to operate the Dump Truck under the supervision
of the Street Department.
Carried by the following vote:
Ayes --Peirce, Moon, and Case.
Noes --None.
Absent --Meir and Bierbower.
On motion the Board adjourned.
