CAUFORNIA PLnnr000 4.1404 0 9 u RESOLUTION NO. 2888 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ACTING CHIEF % OF POLICE EMPLOY EXTRA POLICEMEN FOR THE AZUSA GOLDEN DAYS PARADE AND FIXING THEIR SALARY. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: BE IT RESOLVED that the Acting Chief of Police of the City of Azusa be, and he is hereby authorized to employ special policemen, in such number as in his judgment are necessary, to act as City Policemen on October 31, 1953, that being the day of the parade of the Azusa Golden Days Celebration; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the salary of such extra policemen be, and the same is hereby fixed at $10.00 per day. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of said City of Azusa shall sign this Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest the same and certify to the passage and adoption thereof.
