CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING TI7E RESIGNATION OF.
F;URZ R. TUCKER, EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 15, 1353,

P.IY IN LIEU OF THE VACATION DUE III:I.
The City Council of the City of zusa does hereby resolve•
as follows:
Section 1. The resignation of Frank R. Tucker having b"n
submitted, and the City Council having considered the same.
Section 2. It is resolved that the resignation of Fra.ik R.
Tucker be accepted, effective September 15, 1953, and that he
be provided with one weeks additional pay in lieu of the vacation
due him.
Section 3. It is .further resolved that the May shall
sib this resolution and the City Clerk shall attest the some
and certify as to the passage and adoption hereof.
