The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in e� v
regular session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call: Peirce, Moon, and Case.
Absent-Bierbower and Meier.
On motion regularly carried the request of Herman
A. Hibsch for permission to construct a driveway H. A. iiIBSCH
into his property at 728 N. Dalton Avenue was GRANTED PERMISSION
granted, such work to be done under the super- TO CONSTRUCT DRIVE -

On motion duly carried, W. I. Hamblin was granted
a vacation of two weeks, beginning Sept. 17th, HAMBLIN GRANTED
and Robert Hawkins was appointed Relief Officer VACATION.
during his absence.
It was moved that that E. L. Fisher be authorized
to purchase the following supplies:
100 60 Wat Lamps, FISHER AUTHORIZED
100 40 Wat Lampes, TO PURCHASE
50 Series Lamps, SUPPLIES.
One Barrel of Tar,
10 5 Amp Light M9ters.
Carried by the following vote: Ayee--Peirce, Moon,
and Case; Noes --None; Absent Nierbower and Meier.
Trustee Moon presented the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER RESOLUTION NO.
OF $1600 FROM THE LIGHT FUND TO THE GRNERAL FUND, 64 ADOPTED.
AND $200 FROM THE LIGHT FUND TO THE WATER FUND.
The resolution was read.
On motion the resolution was adopted as read.

Peirce, Moon and Case; Noes ---None; Absent--
Bierbower and Meier.
It was moved that Demand No. 7514 of George E.
Glover for professional services rendered in the DEMAND 7514 OF
Superior Court be allowed and a warrant ordered G. E. GLOVER
drawn on the Treasurer for the same. ALLOWED.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes-- Trustees

It was moved that the
Superintendent of Light &
Water be authorized to
purchase a red globe for
RED GLOBE FOR
the police night lamp.

It was moved that the
City Engineer be authorized

to remove the bridge over
the Little Dalton Wash

dynamite if necessary.

REVENUE OF THE CITY OF AZUSA VACANT, APPOINTING
IRENE BARNES TO THAT OFFICE AND FIXING HER SALARY
OR COMPENSATION.

On motion the resolution was adopted as read.
