The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa mat in •
regular adjourned session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call: Trustees Peirce, Moon, Meier
and President Case; City Attorney and City Clerk.
Absent: Trustee Bierbower.
Trustee Meier presented the following resolution:
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
'AZUSA, CAIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF $300.00 RESOLUTION 66D
FROM THE LIGHT FUNB TO THE NATER WORKS BOND FUND, AND
$150.00 FROM THE LIGHT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND.
The resolution was read.
On motion the resolution was adopted as read.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes --Peirce, Moon,
Meier and Case; Noes --None; Absent--Bierbower.
It was moved that City Engineer Nichols and Trustee
Meier be authorized to purchase lubricating oil,
gasoline, and a carload of hay, with the understand-
ing that these be made in three separate purchases,
no one of which shall exceed the sum of $300.00, such
material to be used in the acquisition, construction,
And completion of street work on the public streets
of the City of Azusa.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes --Peirce, Moon,
Meier and Case; Noes --None; Absent--Bierbower.
It was moved that City Engineer Nichols be given the

that the street shall be put back after excavation
in as good condition as prior to excavation.
