The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met
in regular session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call;Trustees Peirce,4Loon and
President Case.City Attorney and City Clerk.
Absent;Trusteee Meier and Bierbower.
The minutes of regular meeting held October 3rd.
and regular adjourned session held October 10th.

An invitation was received from the County Board
of Supervisors for this City to meet in joint con-
ference with representatives of other Municipali-
ties of the County for the purpose of discussing

affecting the permanent Regional Planning Confer-
enee,and on motion duly carried lir Goodwin,City
Attorney and Mr Barker C&ipultttng Engineer were
appointed to represent the City at the meeting to Wz

Ot was moved that Mr Fisher be authorized to purc-
hase the following supplies.
One crate SR16 globes,3 one inch water meters and
500 feet 3/4 pipe.

The Sanitary and Police Committee reported favorably MR OSCAR PELTON GRANTED

Trustee Peirce reported that he had made arrangements
with Mr B3tunner for his employment as Tr-fdc Officer

Trustee Peirce presented the following Resolution;

The Resolution was read.
On motion the Resolution was adopted as read.

It was moved that the City Attorney prepare a contract
between the City and Mr Brunner for the purchase of ATTORNEY TO PREPARE CONT.
