The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in
Special Session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call -Peirce Moon,ILeier,Case,and
City Clerk. Absent;Trustee Bi.erbower and City Attorney.
The following Notice of Special Meeting was read;
NOTICE OF SPECIAL TF,TING OF TH'; BOARD ON TRUSTEES On
TEF CITY OF AZUSA.
I hereby call a Special meeting of the Board of
trustees of the City of Azusa, California, to be held in the
the Council chamber on the 8th day of December,1921
at 12 11 of said day.
The object of this meeting is to consider and act upon
the shortage of water in the City well,and to ap-oint a
member of the Board to confer with representatives from
the Chamber of Commerce,the Library Board and the Homans
Club relative to the establishing of e, Municipal Auto
Camp.

delivering to and leaving with said persons a true copy

A letter was read from J.C.Ifuehe Secretary of the
Chamber of Commerce asking this Board to appoint
a representative to act with representatives from
Rje Chamber of Commerce,Library Board and Womans
Club in the matter of a municipal Auto parkland
on motion duly carried Mr Case was appointed as
such representative.

10.45 A.M.
Upon motion duly carried hir Case and Mr Peirce were
appointed a committee to consult with Mr Goodwin and
Mr Barker relative to the matter of a possible short-
age of water in the City well.
On motion the Board adjourned.
