Present at roll call- Trustees Peirce,Moon,lieier, and President Case, City C1erk.Absrnt-Trustee Bier - boner and City Attorney. The minutes of last regular meeting held December 5th.and Special meeting held December 8th.were read and approved as read. On motion the application of Fagan and Klein for a 'pool and billiard license was granted. On motion duly carried the application of Geo.T. Scott for a carnival license for December 21 to 24 both inclusive was granted. The resignation of Enos L.Fisher as Superintendent of Lights and Nater.and Electric and PlumbingIns- pector was read and on motion duly the same as accepted. Truetee Peirce presented the following Resolution; A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TIM CITY OF AZUSA MCLAP.ING THE OFYICE OF SUPERINTEN ANT OF LIG- HTS FSJD i'IATER.AND ELECTRIC AND PLUMING INSPECTOR VACAT.T 101D APPOINTING JACK PIERCE TO THOSE OFFICES AND FIXING HIS SALARY OR C=9 'MHNSATION. The Resolution was read. On motion thenResolution was adopted as read. Carried by the fgllowing vote;Ayes;Peirce,Moon, Meier,, ase. Noes;None. Absent;Bierbower, it was moved that Mr Peirce Superintendent of Light and Nater be authorized to purchase the following supplies;One coil of No 8 VI.P.wire and 10 5/8 water meters.
