The board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in
regular session at the above time and place.
Present at Roll Call -- Trustees Peirce, Moon, Ciase,
City Attorney, City Clerk. Absent -- Meier, Bierbower.
The minutes of the last meeting held January lf-0 1922
were read and approved as read. -3
It was moved that the Supt, of Light & Water be author- SUPT. LIGHT &
ized to purchase the following supplies; WATER AUTHORIZED
10 5 Amp -Type 0. P.: Light meters TO PURCHASE
2 1 inch Neptune Water meters SUPPLIES.
12 Cement Water boxes.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Peirce, Moon, Case,
Noes: None. Absent: Meier, Bierbower.
On motion duly carried the request of I. D. Roach for REQUEST OF I. D.
a 2 inch water connection was referred to the Water ROACH REFERRED.
Superintendent.
It was moved that the Tax Collector be instructed to INSTRUCTING TAX
refund to Mr. W. 0. Streshly the sum of $5.92 such COLLECTOR TO RE -

of taxes on Lot 19 Block 28. AN OVERPAYMENT.

School for advertising in the School Annual. ANT IN FAVOR OF

Noes: None. Absent: Meier, Bierbower.
It was moved that the City Clerk be instructed to draw INSTRUCTING CITY
a warrant for $150.00 in favor of the Azusa Clinic, CLERK TO DRAW WAR -
same to be charged to the Music and Advertising Fund. RANT IN FAVOR OF
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Peirce, Moon, Case. AZUSA CLINIC.
Noes: None. Absent: Meier, Bierbower.
It was regularly moved and carried that demand No.
2262 of the Southern California Edison Company for
$1870.18 be approved under protest as recommended by
the Auditing Committee and on the grounds. stated in the
written protest attached thereto.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Peirce, Boon, Case.
Noes: None. Absent: Meier, Rierbower.
It was moved that the following bills be allowed and
warrants ordered drawn on the Treasurer for the same.
