A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY AZUSA APPOINTING A POUNDMASTER AND DEPUTIES AND FIXING SALARIES. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Azusa that a Public Pound under Ordinance No. 304 and Amend- ments thereto of the City of Azusa, be and is hereby established at substantially the following location in said City, to -wit: - Located on property owned by the M ty of Azusa on the South side of Eighth Street approximately. 75 feet west of the Westerly Line of Anweleno Avenue in the City of Azusa. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Azusa, that the duly appointed, qualified and acting Chief of Police of said City be and he is hereby appointed Pound - master in and for said Cityy and that all Police Officers of said City other than such Chief of.Police be and they are hereby ap- pointed Deputy Poundmesters in and for the said City. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such Chief of Police and all Deputy Police Officers shall perform the duties of such Poundmaster and Deputies without consideration other than such as is being paid them as, such Police Officers. I hereby certify that the foregoing Reso- lution is a true and correct copy of a Resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa, California, on the 5th day of February, 1934, by the following vote of the Counoil to -wit: - AYES: Councilmen: Mace, Calvert, Johnson, Meier.
