A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA CREATING A STREET IMPROVEMENT RE-
LIEF FUND AND AUTHORIZING,THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO SIGN 71ARRANTS WHICH HAVE BEEN APPROVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL, DRAWN ON SAID FUND.
WHEREAS the County of Los Angeles, a muncipal
corporation in the State of California, has delivered to the
City of Azusa the sum of $3,000.00 to be used for the improve-
ment of certain streets in the City of Azusa:
THEREFORE BE IT ,RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Azusa that the City Clerk and City Treasurer
create an account to be known as the Street Improvement
Relief Fund Account and that said $3,000.00 be carried on
the books of said City under the name of Street Improvement
Relief Fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the
City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign warrants drawn
against said Fund only after staid warrants have been ap-
proved by the City Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution was.duly.ad,opted by'the City Council of the
City of Azusa at a regularly adjourned meeting of said
City Council held on April 21st in the regular'Council
Chambers. of said City of Azusa by the following vote
of the Council: -
