The Beard of'T-rustees of the City of Azusa met in
Regular session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call: Trustees Peirce, -Moon, Meier,
Mase, City Attorney, City Clerk. Arbsent; Bierbower.

The minutes of'the previous meeting were read and
approved as read.
tItwas moved that the Light & Water 34uperintendent
be authorized to purchase the following supplies:
24 150 Watt Globes
1 Box 30 amp. fuse plugs
1 Box 20 -amp. fuse plugs
1 Box 6 amp. fuse plugs
10 5 amp. Meters
1 Coil of No. 6 W. P. wire
1 C(o i l of No. 8 W. P. wire
10 5/8 Water Meters
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Moon, Meier,
Peirce, Case. Noes: None. Absent: Bierbower.

On motion duly carried the application of George
Scott for a carnival license was granted.
It was moved that the offer of Mr. Geo. Fuhr of
$150 for the pile of sheep manure located north
of the park and belonging to the City be accepted
and that he remove the same bef ,re the lst of May.

C"ase. Noes: None. Absent: Bierbower.
It was moved that the action of James E. Barker
in contracting with the Southern California Edison
Company for the removal, repair and return of the
transformer at the Owl Fumigating Corporation plant
be and the same is hereby ratified and approved.
Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Peirce, Moon,
Meier, Case. Noes: None. Absent: Bierbower.

It was moved that the City Engineer be authorized
to purchase a car of hay at a cost not to exceed CITY ENGINEER AUTHOR -
0299. Carried by the following vote: Ayes: Peirce, IZED TO PURCHASE HAY.

On motion duly carried the Board of Trustees app-
roved the Maps of Tracts 4911 and 4973 as sub- MAPS OF TRACT 4911 &
mitted by the County Surveyor and recommended by 4973 APPROVED.

It was regularly moved and carried that Demand No.
2296 of the Southern California Edison Company for
$915.05 be approved under protest as recommended
by the Auditing Committee and on the'grounds stated
in the written protest attached thereto. Carried by
the following vote: Ayes: Peirce, Moon, Meier, Case,
Noes: Nones: Absent: Bierbower.
