The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa met in regular session at the above time and place. 395 Present at roll call: Trustees Peirce, Moon, Meier, Case, City Attorney, City Clerk. Absent: Biierbower. The minutes of the previous meeting held March 20, 1922 were read and approved as read. ' It was moved that the Supt..of Light and Nater be authorized to purchase the following supplies: SUPT. LIGHT & WATER 24 40 Watt frosted globes AUTHORIZED TO PURo 48 60 Watt clear globes CHASE SUPPLIES. Carried by the following votes: Ayes: Peirce, Moon, Meier, Case. Noes: None. Absent: Bierbower. Trustee Meier presented the following Resolution: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY TRUSTEE MEIER OFFERS OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER RESOLUTION NO. 673 OF 01000.00 FROM THE LIGHT FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND. Carried by the following votes: Ayes: Peirce, Moon, Meier, Case. Noes: None. Absent: Bierbower. It was moved that the President of. the Bidard of Trustees and the City Clerk be authorized to enter into a contract with. the Austin -Western Road Mach- PRESIDENT OF BOARD inery Company, a corporation for_ a lease contract AND CITY CLERK AUTHOR - covering one Austin single cylinder Road Roller, IZED TO ENTER A CON - Shop No. 2211 for the price and consideration of TRACT WITH THE AUSTIN - $5396.60 payable in installments and upon which a WESTERN ROAD MACHINERY credit is specified of $1000.00 for the wrecked Aus- COMPANY. tin Roller 1764 now owned by the City.
