HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 35344 A a A9 RESOLUTION NO. 3534 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT DEED AND DIRECTING THE RECORDATION THEREOF. follows: The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as SECTION 1. That certain Grant Deed executed by Jack C. Lee, Barbara A. Lee, John Daniel and Frances L. Daniel under date of October 15, 1956, conveying to the City of Azusa an easement and right-of-way for public street and highway purposes for portions of Orange Avenue, Danlee Street and McKeever Avenue over certain portions of Lot 68 of Subdivision #2 of Azusa Land and Water Company, as therein more particularly described, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of said County. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. Adopted and approved this 23rd day of October , 1956.
