RESOLUTION NO. 3534
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT DEED AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDATION THEREOF.
follows: The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
SECTION 1. That certain Grant Deed executed by Jack C.
Lee, Barbara A. Lee, John Daniel and Frances L. Daniel under date
of October 15, 1956, conveying to the City of Azusa an easement and
right-of-way for public street and highway purposes for portions of
Orange Avenue, Danlee Street and McKeever Avenue over certain portions
of Lot 68 of Subdivision #2 of Azusa Land and Water Company, as therein
more particularly described, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to cause the same to be filed for record
in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
Adopted and approved this 23rd day of October , 1956.

ration, an easement and right of way for public street and highway
purpo®es (for portions of Orange Avenue, Danlee Street and McKeever
Avenue) in, over and across the following described real property:
® That portion of Lot 68 of Subdivision #2 of Azusa Land
and Wate Co�as�y, in the City of Azusa, County of Los

Book 43, Page 94 of Miscellaneous Records in the office
of the County Recorder of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of said Lot 68
distant thereon South 890 59' 50" Mat 1019.72 feet
froze the Nast line of Vernon Avenue 57.5 feet aide, said
point beim the most 13esterly corner of that triangular
parcel "Second" described in dared to the Los Angeles
Eater -Urban Railmy Campany recorded in Book 2763, Page
99 of Official Rsaorda; thence South 770 47' 05" East
56,67 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South
16.63 feet; thence South 89° 59' 50" East to an inter-
oaction with the Northerly prolongation of the Nest lino
of the land described in the deed to the At@hicon, To aka
and Santa Fe Railway Company as recorded in Book 19744,
Page 339 of official Records; thence Southerly along
said Northerly prolongation to a line parallel with and
dictant 330 feet Southerly of the North line of said Lot
68, measured along the Nest line of said Lot 68; thence
Westerly along said last mentioned parallel line to the
beginning of a tangent curve concave to the Southeast
ang having a radius of 15 feet, said curve being tangent
to a line parallol with and 60 feet Easterly measured
at right angles, from the Northerly prolongation, of
the West line of McKeever Avenue 60 feet wide as shown
on the map of Tract No. 13791 recorded in Book 361, Pages
49 &s 50 of Maps, records of said County; thence South-
westerly along said curve to its point of tangency with
said last mentioned parallel line; thence Southerly along
said last mentioned parallel line to the North line of
said Tract No. 13791; thence Westerly along said North
line of Tract No. 13791, 60 feet to its intersection with
aforesaid prolongation of the West line of McKeever Avenue;
thence Northerly along uaid Northerly prolongation of the
West line of McKeever Avenue to a line parallel with and
distant 330 feet Southerly of said North line of Lot 68,
measured along the Westerly line of said Lot 68; thence
Easterly along said last mentioned parallel line to the
Easterly line of the land described in deod recorded in
Book 24821, Page 159 of Official Records; thence Northerly
along said last mentioned Easterly line 60 feet to a line
parallel with and distant 60 feet Northerly, meaeurod at
right angles from the aforementioned line 330 feat
Southerly and parallel with the North line of said Lot

Easterly and parallel with said Northerly line of Lot 68,
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave to the North-
west and having a radius of 15 feet, said curve being
tangent to a line parallel taith and 60 feet Westerly,
masured at right an3lec fron the West line, and its
Northerly prolongation, of the aforementioned land as
described in Heed recorded in Book 19744, Page 338 of
Official Records; thence Northzasterly along said last
mentioned curve to its point of tangency with said last
mntioned parallel lino; thence Northerly along said last
wntioned parallel lines to the Southerly line of the afore-
mentioned triangular parcel "Second", described in said
deed to the Los Angeles Inter -Urban Railway Company;
thence along said Southerly line South 770 47, 05" East
e to the true point of beginning.
