RESOLUTION NO. 3366
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
ACCEPTING GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM AZUSA FOOTHILL
CITRUS CO., TO THE CITY OF AZUSA, AND
AUTHORIZING THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That that certain Grant of Easement to the City
of Azusa, Los Angeles County, dated December 13, 1955, signed by
Hugh L. Macnell, as President, and D. H. McKellar, as Secretary,
of the Azusa Foothill Citrus Co., be, and the same is, hereby
accepted. That in said Grant of Easement the following property
in the County of Los Angeles, California, is more particularly
described as follows, to wit:
Parcel 1 - a 6 foot wide strip the southerly boundary
of which is the northerly line of Tract 20495,
recorded in Book 556, pages 39 to 44, inclusive,
of Maps records of Los Angeles County, said line
being the northerly boundary of Lots 52 through
66, of said Tract, and bearing N89058130"W, a
distance of 1045,92 feet.
Parcel 2 - A 6 foot wide strip the westerly boundary
of which is the easterly line of said Tract No.
20495, and its extension northerly as described
hereinafter, said line being the easterly boundary
of lots 68 through 78 of said Tract and bearing
N 0000150"W a distance of 746.00 feet measured
from the southeasterly corner of lot 68.
Parcel 3 - A 6 foot wide strip the southerly boundary
of which is the northerly line of said Tract 20495
immediately east of Rockvale Avenue and which
southerly line has a bearing of N8905911011E and a
distance of 780.00 feet measured from the northeasterly
corner of Lot 78 of said Tract.
Said easement for aerial overhand only.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to attach to said Grant of Easement, above mentioned,
a certified copy of this Resolution and said City Clerk is hereby

further authorized and instructed to roause said Grant of Easement,
together with the certified copy of this Resolution, to be
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County.
SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor shall sign
this Resolution and the City Clerk shall attest the same and certify
to thepassageand adoption thereof.

and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa
at a regular meeting of the Council of said City, held in the

The grantor Azusa Foothill Citrus Co, hereby grants to the CITY OF,A USA
a Municipal Corporation in Loa Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, 0Ae ngYi?_toe
construct, use, maintain, alter, add to, repair, replace and/or remove, in, on, and over the real prop-
erty hereinafter described, situate in the CoWz$iftm, Los Angeles County, California, an electric
line consisting of cross -arms, wires and other fixtures and appli-
ances for conveying electric energy to be used for light, heat, power and/or other purposes.aiW
See Said real property is described as follows;
Parcel 1-'A 6 foot wide strip the southerly boundary of which is the northerly
line of Tract 204951recorded in Book 556, pages 39 to 44, inclusive, of maps
records of Los Angeles County, said line being the northerly boundary of
Lots 52 through 66, of said Tract, and bearing N89058130"W, a dd1stance of
1045.92 feet.

erly line has a bearing of 1189059110"E and a distance of 780.00 feet measured
from the northeasterly corner of Lot 78 of said Tract.
SAID EASEMENT FOR AERIAL OVERHANG ONLY.
The Grantee, its successors and assigns and its and their agents and employees, shall have free
access to said electric line and water lines and every part thereof, at all times, for the purpose of
exercising the rights herein granted, and shall have the right to trim or top such trees as may en-
danger or interfere with said electric lines.
