PORPTION, FOF VAIkNCE ON CE-T,%I,i PROPERTY 4 IN THE CITY OF AZ?'SA, ITI T-IS RESOLUTION DESCRIBED 5 6 WHrgEAS, Coast Investment Company, a corporation, has 7 heretofore filed with the City Planning Commission a Petition 8 for variance for the property hereinafter described, authorizing 9 a reduction in side yards, slightly below requirements of City 10 Ordinance, and 11 4HEPEYS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Azusa 12 has held public hearings,as provided by Ordinance iao. 409, on 13 the question of granting-or denying paid netltion, and 14 ""EFEAS, the City Planning Commission aft-Ir such hearings, 15 h&rendered its recommendations to the City Council to the effect 16 that said petition of the•Coast Investment%Comoany be granted 17 on the lots described in said petition, and hereinafter described, 18 and 19 WHEREAS, the City Council at its regular meeting on 20 January 3, 1956, granted said variance to the said Coast 21 Investment Comoany, and 22 M EREAS, Dlans and approvals for the said lots located in 23 Tract 20495 were approved by the proper authorities 24 of Los Angeles County prior to the annexation of the property 25 herein described to the City of Azusa, and 26 WLEREAS, houses were planned and annroved on the property 27 hereinafter Described, prior to the annexation of slid property 28 to the City of Azusa. 29 NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT USOLVED by the City Council of the 30 City of Azusa as follows 31 That an exception and variance be and the same is hereby 32 ordered under Article 19 of Ordinance No. 409, permitting the 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 1161 14 y15 16; 17 119 20 21 22 exi 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 variance authorizing said side lots herein enumerated, slightly below the requirements of the City Ordinance, said lots being Lots 14, in Tract 20495 and Lots 89, 95, 134!3qq,55143, 163, 178, 233, 234, 278, 300, 321 and 343 in Tract 208,8 The side yard in Lots 14, 892' 143, and 163 are to be not less than 11 fe@t 8 ti inches, and the'side yard on Lots 95, 321, and 343 are to be not 4l ks.0than,l0 feet, the side yard on Lots 133, and 233 are to be not less than to feet -9 inches,, the side yard on Lot 278 is to be not less than eleven feet, the side yard on Lot 234 is to be not less than10feet 3 inches, the side yard on Lot 300 is to be not ;less than 10 feet 11 inches and the side yard on Lot 178 is not to be less than 11 feet 3 inches.
